Perhaps, through the laying down of your life, you are not only creating a launching pad for your children to soar but you are also being transformed into the woman you were always destined to become. Motherhood is a journey that empowers you to take flight and soar to new heights.

As a mother, it's common to feel like you're not the same person you once were. However, it's important to recognise that this change is not a weakness, rather a transformational process. Much like a caterpillar emerging from its cocoon, each challenge and triumph of motherhood contributes to your ongoing growth and resilience. Despite the bittersweet journey, you are continuously becoming a stronger version of yourself through the ebb and flow of motherhood.

Society may pressure you to compare, to strive or to take the easy way out but I hope you know that your perseverance and your unconditional love is laying down a foundation for your children’s children.
