Medical Grade C-Section Scar Cupping Device
Description
Womb to World™ Dome
More Than Skin Deep.
The Womb to World™ Dome is a medical-grade silicone cupping device designed specifically for caesarean birth recovery, targeting the C-section scar shelf, fascial restriction, and tissue adhesion that form beneath the surface — where manual massage alone cannot reach.
Through soft, controlled suction, the Dome creates mechanical decompression of the fascial layers beneath the skin. This supports local circulation and lymphatic flow to the peri-scar tissue, and assists in mobilising deeper tissue that has become restricted or adhered following surgery.
Anatomically shaped to sit comfortably in the hand and move with precision across the body, it is designed for one-handed use during postpartum recovery.
With consistent practice over time, the Dome supports progressive change in the tissue, helping to soften scar appearance, reduce the scar shelf, improve pliability, and restore ease of movement through the lower abdominal region.
Improvement is observed over weeks to months of consistent practice. The Dome completes the Womb to World™ system, addressing the internal architecture of your caesarean scar with the same clinical intention that guides every product in this Womb to World Protocol.
For optimal use, apply the Womb to World™ Nectar generously to the peri-scar area prior to each session. This gel-to-oil concentrate prepares the skin, enhances glide, and supports a seamless cupping ritual. Together, the Nectar and the Dome form a complete postpartum C-section scar care protocol.
Begin from 12 weeks postpartum, with confirmed care provider clearance, once the scar is well healed and comfortable with direct massage. Begin gently. Progress gradually.

REAL WOMEN. REAL RESULTS.
In Good Company
Your Scar Needs Tending To Beyond The Surface
If birth felt tender, overwhelming, or different to what you had hoped for, your scar can become a place where parts of that experience are held within the body. This practice is not asking you to force anything, fix anything, or feel more than you are ready to feel. It is simply an invitation to meet this part of yourself with compassion and love. With time and consistent, gentle care, many women find that tending to their scar becomes more than skin deep. It can become a soft, surprising way of reconnecting with their body, their birth story, and themselves.
The Evidence Is Clear.
A supported scar heals differently and you deserve to know exactly how to support yours. Grounded in women’s physiotherapy and evidence-informed maternal care, our evidence-informed Womb to World Protocol offers compassionate and considered guidance to support both how your scar heals, and how it feels within your body over time.

SCAR MATURATION IS A LONG ARC
Phase by Phase. Layer by Layer
More than 2 in 5 births in Australia are now by caesarean section. Most mamas are seen once at six weeks and considered recovered. What the system rarely communicates is that scar tissue remains biologically active and responsive to care for up to 24 months following surgery and that the shelf, restriction, and tightness so many women have quietly accepted can still respond to the right intervention.
Whether your scar is new or years old, the Dome meets you where you are. Research supports scar mobilisation as a clinically meaningful intervention for reducing adhesion, restoring tissue mobility, and supporting long-term functional recovery. Your window has not closed. It is waiting.
